Only issue I had was the loan processor communicating directly with the listing agent about things that I had not discussed with the other agent yet.

Jeff was awesome to work with! He has excellent communication skills and is very good at making sure everything in the process is understood. He provides PowerPoints and videos that break everything down and compare different rates/pricing. He helped me choose what option was best for my situation and always gave his honest opinion. My process had a quick turnaround time and Jeff and his team were able to get everything done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Jeff and will continue to use his services in the future.
